Here we are, serving and listening.. Playing with the rocks to create artistic pieces that are completely unique and different to anything else. It is "living Opal"- cut with intention and vibrating with the frequency of the Oldest Rainforest on Earth.
All rocks hand cut and polished here in deep rainforest, Far North Queensland Australia, Djabugay Indigenous Country. We pay respects to the custodians of this land, past, present and emerging.
We do our very best to provide a full description of all our stones, including any flaws that we are aware of. We do, however, ask that you please ensure that you check your talismans carefully upon receipt and if there are any problems let us know within 3 days of receiving your item. It is imperative that the listing description is read in full PRIOR to purchasing an item. If an item is returned due to a flaw that was highlighted in the listing description, a re-stocking fee equivalent to 10% of the sale price will be charged on that item.
We do not accept returns on any items if we are not notified of any problems within 3 days of delivery. For more information on our returns policy, please carefully read our returns policy under the FAQ section.

we are collective of 7 artisans through 4 different projects, as soon as item purchased, our accounting program pay to artisans from pool account directly so this makes cancellations impossible so

What happens if an item damaged during transit?
ATTN: AUSTRALIAN POST is a highly reliable service and we pack our items with love. We have never experienced any damage. We pack your goods with the intention that the package get shipped to you securely.For damaged items up to the value of $100, pls contact us with a picture and we will do our best to sort the situation out.
For items over $100 we are not responsible for postal damage, therefore we HIGHLY RECOMMEND POSTAL INSURANCE FOR PURCHASES OVER $100. All our items are ONEOFAKIND and can not be replaced. It is the receivers responsibility to upgrade if concerned. No responsibility over $100 items without insurance and tracking.reciever responsibility.Pls Upgrade while checking out or contact us for any enquiries.
What happens if an item is lost in transit?
In the rare circumstance that an item does not show up we will ask you to confirm your address and we will compare it to the shipping address provided by etsy/paypal. If the address does not match, we will wait for the item to be returned to us. IT CAN TAKE 6 WEEKS TO BE RETURNED TO US SO PLS BE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT ADDRESS.We will then charge the shipping price again and ship it to the correct address. We cannot guarantee that any items sent to the correct or incorrect shipping address will be returned to us. Unfortunately we cannot compensate for lost items if we can prove that the item was shipped to the address provided to us. Gift wrapping and packaging..
We gift wrap all our creation with hand one by one with recycled flower store materials. we don't have prepackaging really so everything made old school way which we proud of it.dont need to pay extra or not worry bout. Old school caring service with love and passion.. you could see examples in our info photos.. peace..
Care instructions
Our creations are handcrafted using the highest quality strings on earth. They are designed to be long lasting and with the right care, they will maintain their original shape and colour for years to come. Wax strings are waterproof and feel very organic when they come in contact with the skin. They can be gently washed in water. you could have a shower or swim, no problem at all. just put it on and leave it forever :)
opals have different hardness levels so please be gentle and treat them with the right level of care; They are strong but if you bang, knock or drop on hard surface they will break.
We only use silver and/or stainless steel beads which will never rust or loose colour.
Custodianship Guarantee
Platypus Dreaming prides itself on the high standard of workmanship that goes into every piece. Reflecting our high-quality standards, all our pieces come with a month fixing guarantee against faults in materials and workmanship.No refund or replacement.
Our guarantee covers any defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship. Our guarantee does not cover defects relating to general wear and tear, scratching, damage caused by accidents, neglect or misuse, or any resulting loss of the item or precious stones from the item. we hold the right to decide.
pls, inform us and send a quality photo of your piece ASAP for inspection first. Items that are covered by the guarantee will be ship and repaired free of charge, not covered will be quoted
